Ojos Verdes - 1940. Copla Valverde, León y Quiroga. This masterpiece was sung by many, but who made it famous were, the King of the couplet, Miguel de Molina and Conchita Piquer, one of the best known popular singer, each performed it with his style, personality and strength giving. This gem of English popular music, not only to be sung, but played and felt to convey the nobility and grace of the song.
